the rooftop area offered a nice space to unwind. anush, the waiter and bartender, was both courteous and attentive. breakfast had many options and tasted delicious. everything aligned well with my expectations.
i noticed some noise due to ongoing street activity.

My room had just been renovated, so it felt very fresh! barbara, the manager, was helpful. She really listened to my concerns. i noticed positive changes almost immediately (which i appreciated). the location is also a winner, with so many of my favorite spots for food nearby.

the cappuccino was excellent, a perfect start to each day here. the buffet offered a good selection of items each morning. i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries, really delicious and varied.

The location was quite convenient, near many attractions.
The room i booked was smaller than expected, it lacked basic amenities like a chair. The breakfast was not great either. The selection seemed limited. The staff at breakfast seemed overwhelmed, this caused long waits for service. The hall had a very dated decor and it was hardly appealing.
